Five passengers who were kidnapped from the S.S.

Seang Bee on the 28th January, 1927, were ransomed for about

$60,000. for the five, this took place at Swatow; Lam Tsoi Sau and Wong Yiu were the ringleaders in the Seang Bee

piracy.

There are no armed Chinese launches at Bias Bay.

Tang's launch was at Au Tau but it has now left.
